Recite 2.1.23 Released

With the release of 2.1.23, there's been a bunch of features and bug fixes and all users are encouraged to upgrade.
Please note: due to the lowering effectivness of the CAPTCHA within Recite's Form module, Google's RECAPTCHA has been added as an option. However, this will break existing forms that use CAPTCHA. To fix, simply go to "Site Settings" in the Control Panel and choose the CAPTCHA type you want to use and it will be fixed. This will need to be done for each client's site.
