We have today released Recite CMS 2.1.17. This release contains a number of bug fixes and improvements, as well as the all new locations package. This package allows you to easily assign locations to your data so you easily display maps on your web site. This article demonstrates this new functionality and also lists other improvements.

In our latest screencast, you can see how easily a Google Sitemap can be added to a Recite CMS web site. This sitemap can then be used in Google Webmaster Tools.

Today we released Recite 2.1.16, which represents a number of performance improvements and other minor interface tweaks. We encourage all users to upgrade via Recite adminstration to take advantage of the latest improvements.

Today we have launched a new service called "Recite CMS Hosted". For a nominal monthly fee we will host your web site powered by Recite CMS. This service is offered as an alternative to our normal licensing, providing a low-cost, low-barrier way to get started with Recite CMS. We're trying to make it as easy as possible to install and use Recite CMS. Today we've made some changes to the install process that will make it quicker and easier to get started with Recite CMS. These changes are available in Recite CMS 2.1.13.
